Complete MT81xx line support !

Changed: Protocol updated ( Raphael/Legacy )

AUTH: MT6779 with any security configuration supported standalone !
AUTH: MT6799 with any security configuration supported standalone !
AUTH: MT8127 with any security configuration supported standalone !
AUTH: MT8167 with any security configuration supported standalone !
AUTH: MT8172 with any security configuration supported standalone !
AUTH: MT8173 with any security configuration supported standalone !

Changed: BootHelper updated
- Automatic Self-Learning function improved
Changed: EMI manager updated, most modern devices support has been included

Flasher:
Changed: Core updated for RAPHAEL line

Firmware Reader:
Changed: New types supported
Changed: Internal Database updated

ModelDB:
Changed: Some specific and brand list update

Other:
Changed: Different changes and fixes

Installer:
- Installer become more compact and now contain two parts: required and optional
