• Order support renew for 1 year or 2 years
• Wait 1 hour and update Dongle with Dongle Manager [Smart-Card Manager]

• Sign In to Account
• Click to Products
• Select Infinity Products
• Select 1 year renew or 2 years renew
• Enter Dongle S/N
• Wait 15 minutes and update Dongle with Dongle Manager [Smart-Card Manager]

Software updates policy for Infinity Box/Dongle [CM2]

Infinity Box/Dongle [CM2] registered before 01 March 2012 include 18 months free software updates and support area access
Infinity Box/Dongle [CM2] registered after 01 March 2012 include 12 months free software updates and support area access
Free updates/support period start from the date of registration. After that software is subjected for yearly activation/renew for new updates and support area access

Software updates policy for Infinity BB5 Easy Service Tool [BEST]

Software registered in year 2017 and earlier get additional 3 6 months free support after end of year 2019, up to end of March June 2020
Software registered in year 2018 get additional 12 months free support after end of year 2019, up to end of December 2020
Software registered in year 2019 get additional 18 months free support after end of year 2019, up to end of June 2021
Software registered in year 2020 and later include 1 year free support from the registration date
